How do I book a trailer?

You can reserve a trailer using our online booking system or by calling our office. Our online system is easy to use and available 24/7.

What is required to rent a trailer?

Ready to Pick Up a Trailer and Hit the Road? We understand the excitement! Before you hook up, here’s what you need as the driver:

  • Valid Driver’s License: Ensure your license is current and that the driver meets our minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Vaild Auto Insurance with Liability Coverage for Rental Trailers: It's a good idea to call your insurance company to confirm that your policy includes liability coverage for rental trailers.
  • Credit Card for Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the trailer, provided it’s returned in good condition.
  • Capable Tow Vehicle: Your vehicle must be capable of safely towing the trailer and its cargo. Additionally, it should have a 7-pin connector to ensure proper lighting and braking functions. Remember, you’re responsible for knowing your vehicle’s towing capacity and must not exceed the manufacturer’s limits.
Note: Deposit will be returned when you return the trailer with no equipment missing or new damages. Booking fee will be applied to your total.

What is the minimum age to rent a trailer?

Renters must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, there is a security deposit of $150 required at the time of rental. This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential damages or excessive wear and tear on the trailer. It will be refunded after the trailer is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage. If you have any further questions about the security deposit or the rental process, feel free to ask!

Can I cancel, modify or extend my rental?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on potential fees and deadlines.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, CashApp, Zelle, and Debt/Credit Cards (3.5% Card Fee Apply)

Can I go out of state with your trailer?

Yes, you can travel out of state within the lower 48 states of the U.S. However, traveling to Canada or Mexico requires prior permission.
Note: All trailers are equipped with GPS for enhanced security.

What happens if I return the trailer late?

Late returns may incur additional charges. To avoid extra fees, please return the trailer by the agreed-upon time. If you anticipate a delay, contact us as soon as possible.

Do you provide delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services. Request these services when making your reservation, and we’ll arrange the details for you.

Are there any restrictions on what I can haul?

Trailers may not be used for illegal activities, transporting hazardous materials, hauling oversized loads or exceeding their rated capacity. Please inform us of what you plan to transport so we can advise on any specific guidelines or restrictions.

What should I do if the trailer is damaged while I’m using it?

If the trailer sustains any damage, report it to us immediately. The renter is responsible for all damages to the rented trailer. The credit card provided at execution of the trailer rental agreement will be charged for all damages when returned if not paid by the rentee.
